Q: What brands do you carry?
A: We carry many high quality brands like Sony, Sonos, Screen Innovations, Leon Speakers, Dali Speakers, Stewart Filmscreen, Anthem, Paradigm, Sonance. Control4, and many more.
Q: Do your products carry warranties?
A: We are Authorized Dealers for everything we sell and all manufacturer warranties apply. Extended Warranties are available.
Q: Do you have an online store?
A: We are custom electronics systems integrators and do not operate an online store and we post no prices on our website.
Q: Do you do installation and is it included?
A: We do installation, but cost is not included in the membership. We can quote professional installation during the design phase of your project.
Q: Do you ship products or do you deliver and is it included?
A: Some larger products like screens and theater chairs will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Everything else is delivered by ZeroAV or one of our partners and will be included in your proposal.
Q: Can you help with design?
A: Of course! We will consult with you on system design and it is included in the membership. Additional charges apply if you would like design documentation, schematics, and/ or renderings.
Q: Do you have a showroom ?
A: Yes, we operate showrooms in Sarasota, FL and Baton Rouge, LA by appointment. Additional locations Coming Soon!
