Process

Application

Each prospective member will complete an application. Tell us who you are, where you live, how to best contact you. Describe your project and how we may be able to assist you giving as much detail as you can and attach any plans that you may have.  We need to be aware of your budget and timeline.  Once we have reviewed your application and approved it we will make a decision and contact you to setup an appointment via Skype or FaceTime for your consultation.

Design Consultation

During the first meeting will discuss scope of the project, requirements and constraints, timeline, and budget. Let us know what brands you are considering and we’ll let you know what we can offer. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

Choose a Plan

Every client has a different set of needs, whether it be a dedicated theater project, whole-house audio, or just an upgrade to the latest gear. We have designed our plans accordingly.

Design & Refine

Once the scope of the project has been determined, client has paid the design fee, we will begin a draft design and proposal. We will setup a meeting to review the design and make any changes required to arrive at the final design.
